Learning To Defend Yourself Anywhere In The World
(ICM) Individual Combatives Measures

  • Training Method I - Position & Preemptive Strikes – You will learn in Module 1 what you couldn’t
learn in years of karate! This is fundamentals of unarmed combat at its most brutal. This is your
concrete slab foundation of your lethal combat fortress.

  • Training Method II - Unarmed Self Defense – self-defense scenarios such as: wrist grabs; lapel
grabs; finger chokes; bear hugs; forearm chokes; full nelson; headlocks

  • Training Method III - Defense Against Knife and Gun - Being attacked with a weapon only means
one thing: your attacker wants to injure or kill you. This is not the time to try that cute,
complicated wrist lock. A gun pointed to your head is not the time to be slick; it’s the time to fight
for your life. This module will show you how to REALLY train for a real life weapon assault (Not
the extended arm BS you see EVERY expert demonstrate).

  • Training Method IV- Wall, Chair and Ground Fighting- defense against attacks while seated or
pinned against the wall and gives you the real information about ground fighting

  • Training Method V- Multiple Attackers- attacks by 2, 3, and 4 assailants with sequences, which are
to get you out of trouble fast. Body seizure attacks by multiple assailants are also covered

  • Training Method VI - Vehicle Survival- Don't be a victim. You and your loved ones cannot afford
    to be without this information.

High Intensity Scenario training is the most useful form of training nowadays, for anyone who may
face violence in their daily life.  The core ideal of  our training is to put you in circumstances that
reflect as close as possible to situations that will require you, to use your training. That means not in a
dojo or workout clothes. It means business suits and or high heels. Below you will see training modules
and examples of the type of scenario you will encounter with us.
